Is It Spring Yet???

Okay, I know that according to the calendar it is Spring but obviously the weather didn’t get the memo. So even though the weather isn’t cooperating for spring cleaning in the house and out in the yard and garden we can get started on ourselves.

You see, our body’s accumulate toxins in many forms from a variety of sources throughout the year.  The air we breath, the water we drink, the food we eat, the personal care products and household cleaners we use all contain tiny to a fair amounts of harmful chemicals or pollutants. This being said, it is very important that we take steps to help the body remove these “man made” (chemicals) toxins.


Why is this so important? The body has to use more and more energy to deal with these pollutants leaving less resources for the body to do what it do best… self-heal, self-regulate and self-correct every cell, tissue, organ and system we have. This can show up in the body as:

  • Fatigue
  • Muscle Aches & Pains
  • Weakness
  • Headaches
  • Depression
  • Chronic Back Aches
  • Irritable Bowel Syndrom
  • PMS
  • Insomnia
  • Anxiety
